There are many sunflower crops in the South of Ukraine. Sunflower honey is the most recognizable by our body, since almost everyone eats vegetable oil. Therefore, this honey is the least allergic to humans.

Glucose in sunflower honey does not require additional processing in the stomach, it is instantly absorbed into the blood and distributed throughout the body. It is glucose that strengthens the walls of the heart muscle, increases the strength of blood vessels and contributes to the normalization of the work of the entire cardiac system. Consumption of sunflower honey normalizes arterial and venous blood circulation, promotes the removal of toxins from the body, improves liver function, and reduces the possibility of swelling.

It has been established that sunflower honey surpasses other types in terms of its medicinal properties, because it contains the largest amount of glucose, which is 1.5 times higher than its content in other honeys, and the significant content of amino acids causes rejuvenating, immunostimulating, regenerating properties.
