Wir führen eine Extraktion pro Jahr durch, während: 20.07-28.07.
Weil die Stadt Salcea in der Bukowina, Rumänien, keine Industrie hat und wir eine Fläche von 5400 Quadratmetern haben, auf der wir Honigpflanzen (mehr als 15 Arten) anbauen. Der Honig ist außergewöhnlich, Polyflora aus mehr als 15 Blumenarten. Der Honig wird für den Verbrauch unserer Familie produziert, ein kleiner Teil wird nach Frankreich zu einem Freund von uns geschickt, weil er von den Japanern in Paris sehr geschätzt wird.
Aufgrund der sehr guten Produktion von 2021 & 2022 möchten wir dieses formidable Geschmackserlebnis mit Ihnen teilen!

We do one extraction per year, during: 20.07-28.07.
Because the town of Salcea, in Bucovina, Romania has no industry and we have an area of 5400 square meters, on which we grow honey plants (more than 15 species). The honey is exceptional, polyflora from more than 15 kinds of flowers. The honey is produced for our family's consumption, a small part being sent to France, to a friend of ours, because it is highly appreciated by the Japanese in Paris.
